An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a well-established global business operating within a dynamic product-based environment.

This role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, business partnering, operational analysis and process improvement, making it ideal for someone looking to step into a highly visible finance position with genuine variety and growth potential.

Working closely with senior finance leadership and operational stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in supporting business performance through accurate reporting, insightful analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis
  • Support budgeting and re-forecasting processes across the business
  • Deliver commercial insights to operational and leadership teams
  • Manage month-end close activities, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Oversee rebate accounting, accruals and reporting processes
  • Assist with audit, compliance and tax-related requirements
  • Support ERP, reporting and finance process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to business cases, pricing reviews and operational analysis projects
About You
  • CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in management or financial accounting
  • Background within manufacturing, distribution or product-based industries preferred
  • Strong Excel and ERP systems capability
  • Analytical, commercially curious and detail-oriented
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders across finance and operations
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously
