About the Role 
This is an amazing opportunity to join one of Western Sydney's most loved Arts Venues. And your job... Simple... to make the people of Western Sydney and surrounding areas fall more in love with this iconic venue. You will develop, manage and lead all marketing, promotion and communication activities that will both drive visitation and increase their brand presence locally. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this will be a strategic and hands on role where you will also lead and mentor a small team.


The Responsibilities

• Build strong and collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across a variety of topics that impact the perception and positioning of their brand/venue
• Continuously improve and re-imagine all the tools, systems, processes, programs used by the team to ensure the operating rhythm (pun intended) is optimal
• Develop and assist in activities that  will positively influence the community's broader positioning
• Lead and develop the delivery of a fully integrated and coordinated Brand, Marketing & Communications Calendar to consumer and trade audiences
• Management of Marketing budget and its financial performance by achieving key revenue targets and business objectives

The successful applicant with have

• A proven track record in a similar role ideally within the arts and entertainment space
• Management of stakeholders, risk and budget
• Staff development and performance management
• Negotiating & liaising with artists, producers, suppliers and contractors
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to genuinely foster collaborative and win/win outcomes for all

Additional Benefits
