About the Role
Are you a data-driven, ambitious marketer looking to level-up their career in Australia's #1 retailer? 

Purpose

  • You will be responsible for executing large scale Tier 1 campaigns across our Digital Ecosystem
  • Key areas of focus will be managing day-to-day timelines of your campaigns, and working with our design and development team to build landing page experiences on the company website
  • Show initiative and innovation in your approach to everything you do, including exploring new ways to deliver content and website experiences
  • Develop customer journeys in partnership with our broader teams and be comfortable to present these in large forums
  • Continue to explore ways to extend our campaigns into our App, supported by a range of content
Key Accountabilities  
 
  • Create website and content experiences which support the strategic plans of our Brand and Reputation Marketing Team
  • Delivery of these website experiences through end-to-end project management, including leading working groups and ideation sessions, briefing assets and delivering against deadlines.
  • Utilising designer support to create campaign landing pages which incorporate a range of different priorities across our Rewards and eCommerce teams as well as key campaign messages
  • Deliver content plans which can be extended across a range of placements on the website including the Homepage and Shopping Experience to build a consolidated customer journey.
  • Partner with our Brand and Reputation team to share our holistic marketing plans for key campaigns across the wider  business
  • Leverage data and insights from Adobe Analytics to direct our campaign plans across digital channels
  • Instigate test and learn programs to trial best practise and lead innovation
  • Sharing of performance insights and tactics with wider team to drive collective improvement
  • Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory obligations in regard to marketing.
 
Essential Criteria
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing or website content strategy roles
  • Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
  • Demonstrable experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working with internal partners to execute them
  • Experience working with asset management and project management in partnership with developers and designers
  • Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks and a hunger to trial new content and website experiences
  • Understanding of the importance of Mobile first design and customer centric UX to support website experiences
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in working with apps to deliver content experiences
  • Passion for food, recipe, and inspiration content
  • Experience working in an Agile Work environment
  • Experience with AEM or similar CMS platforms.
  • Strong data driven background, with experience in using web analytics tools (Adobe, Google) to analyse the online customer
  • Extensive understanding of SEO, SEM and how to best optimise both effectively
  • Understanding of digital advertising principles, including programmatic media buying, paid search and SEO.
