Responsibilities 

• Own social media calendars, content flow, community management, and engagement across all channels
• Brief and manage external agencies where specialist capability is needed, and hold them to a high standard
• Improve speed-to-market for trends, promotions, and reactive content so we're always in the conversation
• Coordinate New Store Opening activity supporting associated events and planning, execution on the ground with local store teams
• Support store staff with store launch Local Area Marketing initiatives / sampling program setting each new store up for success.
• Lead the planning & execution of brand activations, events and parties.
• Execute local area marketing (LAM) activity that puts people through the door
• Build repeatable playbooks for promotions, activations, and community engagement that work across every store
• Support store openings and ramp-ups with disciplined, well-timed campaigns that drive early traction
• Manage the annual and quarterly marketing calendar so every launch, LTO, and key trading period is planned and executed properly
• Tracking, reporting and providing insights on all Marketing campaigns across all channels. 

Skills

• 3+ years' experience in a similar Marketing position, ideally in Fashion, Retail, Lifestyle or Sport. 
• Strong execution capability across digital, social, and local area marketing
• Commercially literate — you understand P&Ls and can connect marketing spend to real business outcomes
• Comfortable operating at pace, handling multiple priorities, and making calls without perfect information
• Able to balance creative instincts with operational and financial discipline
