Available Service Areas Acute Community Intervention Service (Crisis Team) Work as part of a 24/7 acute response team providing:

• Mental health triage and urgent assessments
• Crisis intervention and risk management
• Short-term treatment and follow-up care
• Emergency Department and community-based support
• Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities As a Mental Health Registered Nurse, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement recovery-focused treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Provide psychoeducation to consumers and families
• Complete intake assessments and recovery planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Support quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and students where appropriate
• Contribute to a safe, consumer-centred service environment

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Relevant qualification and registration in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
• Minimum 2 years' experience within mental health settings
• Experience working with complex mental health presentations
• Strong assessment, risk management and clinical decision-making skills
• Knowledge of contemporary mental health legislation and recovery-oriented practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
