The Role:
  
Newly created National Account Manager role reporting into the APAC Sales Director and overseeing existing major retailers (Coles, Woolworths, 7-Eleven, Coles Express).
  
The right candidate:

You will be a passionate and experienced salesperson with a love for plant based products. Strong organizational skills, as well as excellent relationship building, presentation and communication skills are a must. Preferably you will have experience of managing a consistent customer P&L for 2+years and a thorough understanding of the retail supply chain and store level execution.

You should understand the value of money (especially in a small business environment) and will be motivated by success. You will be able to demonstrable ability to build, track and deliver strategic sales targets.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate with both junior and senior level contacts are essential. Ideally you will be comfortable being stretched and would welcome the opportunity to take on the diverse challenges that come from a growing business.
  
Role responsibilities:
  • Manage the most important customers (Coles, Woolworths, 7-Eleven, Coles Express) and build strong strategic partnerships with them.
  • Ensure successful range review outcomes and development of category growth strategies.
  • Launch New Products and execute in store activations to drive sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage and deliver a profitable P&L making sure we hit gross revenue and net revenue targets and invest cash in the right places
  • Accurately forecast and deliver the business plans
  • Monitor business and category performance so you’re always ahead of what you’re seeing with
  • trend, opportunities or concerns in performance are flagged early so we are ahead of the game.
  • Be constantly aware of what is performing well in the channel / wider market
  • Embody and positively promote the companies mission, values and brand messages.
