This strategic national sales role has a primary focus on delivering sales growth through the business’ branch network across Australia. At a functional level, the role has responsibilities including working with key suppliers & taking a hands-on approach to key customers. At a leadership level, the role is about driving tactical initiative execution through the branches & devising evolving strategies moving forward.
Duties
- Sales leadership across a retail / branch network, including driving capability & performance
- Drive brand awareness, including assisting with digital & e-comms strategy of the wider business
- Active involvement with suppliers & key customer engagement
- Help devise future sales & channel strategy
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure excellence at customer level
- Build & drive a strong culture amongst the team, as well as collaboration with other parts of the organisation
- Sales leadership experience at a similar level
- Proven track record in driving uplift & results through a sales team
- Experience managing a retail or branch network at a national level
- Hands-on leadership style including being the lead on key accounts
- Passionate about taking a business unit & sales team to the next level
