The NSW Leadership Role
We’re looking for a State Sales Manager NSW, a high-achieving sales leader who personally knows and loves working with the best Architects, Designers and Builders in New South Wales. An experienced Specification Sales expert, you’ll lead and continue to grow a very capable NSW field sales and retail sales team who consistently deliver exceptional results.
Duties
- Work with the Leadership Team to set state objectives and KPI targets.
- Manage a personal portfolio of tier one specification customers.
- Coach and grow the NSW team as you lead them to achieve their targets.
- Drive customer centricity, productivity and high standards of performance.
- A background in and passion for premium Architecture and Interior Design.
- Extensive tier 1 specification contacts and design industry experience.
- Motivated, action oriented and an entrepreneurial approach to team management and business development.
- An inspirational sales leader who can use a good degree of warmth in their approach to earn trust with the team and customer base.
- Knowledgeable and disciplined user of Salesforce CRM.
