O365 Coordinator Analyst to join a not-for-profit organisation going through a business transformation that requires an Office 365 rollout.  In this role you will be responsible for:
  
  • Rolling out forms, utilising O365 tools
  • Engage the business to gather requirements
  • Documentation of requirements
  • Create detailed design artifacts like program specifications.
  • Lead workshops, training,
  • Engage with a new IT service provider.
  • Other project/support tasks as required

Technical / Functional Competencies
  
  • 3+ years of experience in Exchange / SharePoint /Skype platform support.
  • O365 Platform administration (Exchange/SharePoint Online/Skype for Business /One Drive)
  • Understanding of Office 365 offerings, licensing, and ways of working  Strong working
  • knowledge of standard operating environment management, processes, and associated hardware/software
  • Install/configure/troubleshooting messaging systems like Exchange/Lotus Notes/Groupwise
  • Configure/Troubleshooting 
  • SharePoint migration / enhancement support
  • Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Networking
  • Ability to undertake analysis, generate and report on information and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to gather and assimilate information, including the production of effective documentation
