Job Description
Occupational Therapist | Community & NDIS | Relocation Support
Greater Brisbane
Do your best work with a team that backs you every step of the way!
Ditch the clinic and get out into the real world: homes, schools, workplaces and community spaces, with a caseload built around what lights you up. Paediatrics, youth, adults, complex disability or a bit of everything, your team leader will make it happen.
Behind you is a team that's genuinely set up to support you. Think daily drop-in mentoring (four days a week, 9am to 3pm), an AI scribe that drafts your notes (with participant consent), an admin team that handles the scheduling (should you choose), and a PD budget for the course you've been eyeing. Add pet-friendly hubs, free snacks and social events in business hours, and you've got community allied health done properly.

- Build a caseload around the demographics and areas you're most passionate about
- Collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and more
- Be backed by a dedicated team leader and OT mentor
- Keep your calendar in your hands, with travel between participants kept to around 30 minutes, and later starts where you're travelling so your commute happens in paid time

- Performance incentives of up to $10,000, plus an extra $80 per hour when you exceed your KPIs (up to 15 hours a month)
- Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 where applicable
- Structured mentoring and supervision valued at up to $22,000
- Wheels sorted. Choose from a leased small or medium hybrid SUV (rego, insurance and servicing covered, unlimited mileage, roughly $7,000 a year package), or claim mileage at $1.01/km. Laptop and mobile phone included.
Leave

- 2 days paid professional development leave every year
- Online yoga and pilates

- Team celebrations and social events during business hours, with each hub building its own culture
- Individual PD budget plus a big library of internal CPD
- In-house career coaching
- Specialist pathways in Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology and Home Modifications, so you go deep without feeling overwhelmed
- Structured leadership programs in team leadership, mentoring and supervision (some of our leaders started as grads and are still here years later)
- Weekly supervision and a tailored induction, whether you're new to the sector or a seasoned pro
- Opportunities to work across both our disability and paediatric services if you want variety
- FIFO opportunities for experienced clinicians as we build them out

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
- Demonstrated experience delivering community-based therapy in an NDIS context
- You care deeply about your clients and the outcomes you help them reach
- You want a caseload that reflects your clinical interests, not just whatever comes through the door
- You're creative and practical, and you love finding solutions in a participant's real world rather than relying on clinic equipment
- You're collaborative, curious and always looking to grow
- You want more than a job: a team, a culture and a career with somewhere to go
