Sharp & Carter Healthcare is partnering with a leading national healthcare provider to recruit an Occupational Therapist to deliver community-based services across North Brisbane.

This role offers the opportunity to support clients in the community, helping them maintain independence and achieve meaningful outcomes through personalised care. Flexible part-time or full-time options are available.

The Role

• Deliver Occupational Therapy services to Home Care Package clients
• Conduct home assessments, equipment prescription and home modifications
• Support clients through Rehabilitation in the Home following orthopaedic surgery
• Provide care as part of Hospital in the Home programs
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• New graduates encouraged to apply; community or aged care experience advantageous
• Passion for client-centred, community-based care
• Strong communication and organisational skills
