About the Role
You’ll be the key driver of smooth daily operations in the Melbourne office, supporting staff, senior leaders and visitors while maintaining a highly organised and professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • General Administrative Support - Assist with filing, copying, data entry, document management and ad‑hoc administrative tasks
  • Facilities & Maintenance Coordination - Maintain meeting rooms, pantry and shared spaces; support safety checks; coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Guest & Event Coordination - Manage visitor procedures, liaise with building security, prepare meeting rooms and support internal events, meetings and training sessions
  • Senior Management Support - Provide administrative assistance to senior leaders, including support with policy implementation and tracking
  • Onboarding & Offboarding - Assist with documentation, coordination and internal arrangements for new starters and departing employees
  • Office Relocation Support - Contribute to documentation, vendor coordination and internal logistics during office moves

You will bring:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of office management systems and procedures
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time‑management abilities and confidence managing competing priorities
  • A resilient, service‑oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a proactive team player
