The Role
This is a 4-month parental leave cover opportunity, providing high-level executive as well as generalist administration and office support duties working on a part time basis, Monday to Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management and coordination for the CEO
- Booking domestic and international travel
- General executive and ad hoc administrative support
- Office coordination including grocery orders and facilities management
- Managing front-of-office operations including deliveries, mail, access passes, and onboarding
- Supporting quarterly town halls and internal meetings
- Maintaining office presentation across a secure, multi-level tenancy
- Prior experience in executive support, team assistant, or office coordination roles
- Highly organised, efficient, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally across internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated discretion, emotional maturity, and consistency in approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general business systems
- Adaptable, solutions-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced, international environment
