This is a hands-on, all-rounder position suited to someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment. You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generalist administrative support across the business
- Managing multiple shared inboxes, triaging and responding to requests
- Registering and inputting jobs into internal systems/portals with accuracy
- Coordinating onboarding for new starters
- Liaising with third-party IT providers for support and troubleshooting
- Managing and maintaining office supplies and resources
- Handling any phone enquiries and in person clientele
- Convenient Abbotsford location with easy access to public transport as well as paid parking.
