This role is integral to the smooth operation of the office, combining front-of-house responsibilities with administrative and operational support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reception and visitor interactions, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across business units
  • Support senior leaders with coordination, documentation, and general administrative requirements
  • Oversee office operations including meeting room management, office supplies, mail, and workplace presentation
  • Monitor shared inboxes and incoming communications
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to maintaining an efficient, professional, and well-organised office environment
Skills & Experience:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an administration, reception, or office coordination role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Professional presentation with a stakeholder-focused mindset
