Join a high-end construction business delivering premium commercial fitouts across a range of industries, including hospitality, restaurants, and hotels. The team combines precision, creativity, and a genuinely energetic, down-to-earth culture, working with leading brands to create exceptional spaces.

This is a broad and varied role where no two days look the same. You will be at the heart of the office, keeping everything running smoothly while helping to create a positive and engaging workplace for a team of around 30. There is also the opportunity to step up in an Executive Assistant capacity, supporting the directors and taking on higher-level administrative responsibilities as you grow into the role.

What you will be doing:
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a welcoming and well-presented environment
  • Overseeing office supplies, kitchen, maintenance, and general coordination
  • Acting as the go-to person for all office-related matters
  • Coordinating internal and external events, from team celebrations to client functions
  • Supporting monthly meetings, including preparation of presentations
  • Assisting with EOFY planning and team activities
  • Liaising with external IT providers
  • Providing ad hoc support to the finance team, including raising POs and ordering
  • Supporting the directors with diary management, correspondence, and general Executive Assistant tasks
  • Opportunities to take on more high-level Executive Assistant responsibilities as you demonstrate capability
About you:
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar all-rounder role
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident, approachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes ownership and enjoys making a real impact
