This is a broad and varied role where no two days look the same. You will be at the heart of the office, keeping everything running smoothly while helping to create a positive and engaging workplace for a team of around 30. There is also the opportunity to step up in an Executive Assistant capacity, supporting the directors and taking on higher-level administrative responsibilities as you grow into the role.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a welcoming and well-presented environment
- Overseeing office supplies, kitchen, maintenance, and general coordination
- Acting as the go-to person for all office-related matters
- Coordinating internal and external events, from team celebrations to client functions
- Supporting monthly meetings, including preparation of presentations
- Assisting with EOFY planning and team activities
- Liaising with external IT providers
- Providing ad hoc support to the finance team, including raising POs and ordering
- Supporting the directors with diary management, correspondence, and general Executive Assistant tasks
- Opportunities to take on more high-level Executive Assistant responsibilities as you demonstrate capability
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar all-rounder role
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
