The Opportunity As Office Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the office ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting senior stakeholders where required. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, driving efficiency, and maintaining a high-performing and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and workplace coordination
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and general administrative functions
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the business
  • Coordinate internal events, team initiatives, and social activities
  • Assist with diary coordination and meeting scheduling for senior leaders as required
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and basic reporting
  • Act as the central point of contact for office-related queries and issues
  • Create and maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment
About You
  • Experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or similar operational role
  • Confident working within a corporate or fast-paced professional environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • High level of emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Professional, polished, and solutions-focused approach
  • Enjoys taking ownership and improving office processes and culture
