The Company
A well established Aged Care organisation is looking for an experienced office administrator to join their business on a part time, 24 hours per week contract. They are looking for this person to start as soon as possible, and will be for an initial 2 month period. Located in Sydney CBD and working with a team, the position plays an instrumental part in ensuring all administrative duties are taken care of for one of their largest divisions. 

The Position & Responsibilities:
Reporting into the National Administration Manager, you will be required to:
  • Manage the rostering for a certain division of a business
  • Manage couriers and distribute mail
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Support the senior EA for that division.
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Arrange travel bookings
  • Arrange meetings & ensure room availability
  • And other adhoc tasks as needed by the team 
The Candidate 
  • Solid experience in a similar Office Administration role
  • Proven experience in the duties noted above
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience within the Aged Care sector is an advantage.
  • Be able to work with stakeholders at various levels
  • Some exposure to an ERP system.
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills
