A well established Aged Care organisation is looking for an experienced office administrator to join their business on a part time, 24 hours per week contract. They are looking for this person to start as soon as possible, and will be for an initial 2 month period. Located in Sydney CBD and working with a team, the position plays an instrumental part in ensuring all administrative duties are taken care of for one of their largest divisions.

The Position & Responsibilities:
Reporting into the National Administration Manager, you will be required to:
- Manage the rostering for a certain division of a business
- Manage couriers and distribute mail
- Order and manage office supplies
- Support the senior EA for that division.
- Raise purchase orders
- Arrange travel bookings
- Arrange meetings & ensure room availability
- And other adhoc tasks as needed by the team
- Solid experience in a similar Office Administration role
- Proven experience in the duties noted above
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience within the Aged Care sector is an advantage.
- Be able to work with stakeholders at various levels
- Some exposure to an ERP system.
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
