The Role
Requires a high level of attention to detail, strong data accuracy, and confidence working across multiple stakeholders.
Daily duties could include;
- Managing day-to-day administrative and operational processes to ensure the business runs smoothly
- Maintaining accurate records of commercial agreements, contracts and vendor documentation
- Tracking contract renewals, compliance requirements and key documentation deadlines
- Monitoring vendor budgets and tracking spend against approved allocations
- Acting as the key coordination point for third-party consultants and external vendors
- Supporting ongoing process improvement and adapting to evolving business needs
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, switched on and eager to learn
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Basic Excel skills and confidence working with numerous systems
- Stunning North Sydney offices with 2–3 days WFH flexibility
- $40–$50ph + super | Mon–Fri office hours
