Our client is a specialist industrial services business operating across Australia, supporting a broad base of clients throughout the full asset lifecycle. Part of a larger ASX-listed group, the team is tight-knit, trades-led, and based out of a hands-on site in Clayton.
The Role
This is a coordination role sitting between the General Manager and a small admin team. You'll be keeping jobs moving, customers informed, and the back-office running smoothly day to day.
You'll be working across job management, customer communication, and internal coordination — making sure the right people have what they need and nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing jobs end-to-end in a job management system, from creation through to invoicing
- Coordinating with field technicians to keep workflow on track
- Handling customer calls and queries and resolving issues as they come up
- Staying across timesheets, reports, and job financials on a daily basis
- Supporting and directing a small admin team
- Keeping the GM across anything that needs attention
- A background in operations, service coordination, or admin in a technical or trade environment
- Comfortable with job management or ERP systems — prior NetSuite experience is a bonus
- Happy to roll up your sleeves — this isn't a purely strategic role and the day-to-day detail matters
- Strong communicator who can work across different levels and personalities
- Organised, reliable, and switched on when it comes to accuracy and follow-through
