About the Role Sharp & Carter are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused Part-Time Administrator to join a busy manufacturing environment in Girraween.
  • Girraween | On-site parking available
  • Part-time (approx. 28–32 hours per week) | 7am start but flexible in how you make up hours | onsite
  • Temporary role (approx. 6 months initially)
  • $65,000 – $70,000 + Super (pro rata)
This role provides administrative support across sales, manufacturing, and operational functions within a specialised division. You will work closely with the Division Manager and operational teams to ensure accurate data management, efficient workflow processes, and reliable record keeping.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Excel-based data management, documentation, and supporting time and labour tracking activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Assist with sales and manufacturing administration processes
  • Maintain and update records, documentation, and job paperwork
  • Process incoming orders and related administrative tasks
Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and historical job data
  • Retrieve and analyse previous job and project information
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data
  • Perform ongoing data entry and records maintenance
Time & Labour Tracking
  • Assist with employee timesheets and labour allocation tracking
  • Support labour costing against jobs and projects
  • Maintain workforce and production reporting data
Operational Support
  • Liaise with warehouse and manufacturing teams
  • Assist with workflow documentation and process improvement
  • Support transition and handover from outgoing employee
About You:

You are a strong administrator who enjoys working with systems, data, and processes. You are comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment and learning established processes.

Skills & Experience:

Essential
  • Strong administration experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience managing data or large spreadsheets
Desirable
  • Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing environments
  • Experience with timesheets or labour costing
  • Basic finance or accounts support experience
  • Experience working with operational teams
Additional Information
  • Immediate start required (ideally before mid-June)
  • 7am start each day but make up hours as each day as your like
  • Strong Excel capability is essential for success
