Position Description
Reporting directly into the Payroll Team Leader, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Payroll processing
- PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workcover and Superannuation payments
- Processing new starters, terminations, and calculating redundancies
- Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
- Interpreting awards and EBAs
- Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Assist the Payroll Team in any adhoc related tasks
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Payroll Officer/Administrator position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
- Experience using SAP
- The ability to interpret numerous awards and EBAs
- Experience working in a large organisation
- Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
