About the role
You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality front-of-house experience while supporting workplace services, facilities coordination and general administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors, clients and employees with a professional and friendly approach
- Managing reception duties including incoming calls, enquiries and visitor coordination
- Coordinating meeting room bookings, setups and workplace requirements
- Supporting office facilities activities including mailroom services, deliveries and supplies
- Ordering kitchen consumables and stationery while maintaining stock levels
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- Supporting visitor access, security passes and parking requests
- Providing basic meeting room technology support and escalating issues when required
- Assisting with office events and workplace initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting general administration tasks
You will be a polished, organised and approachable professional who enjoys creating positive experiences for others. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in reception, concierge, corporate administration or workplace services
- Strong customer service skills with a professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and administration capability
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Experience with SAP, purchase orders or invoice processing is highly regarded
- $38 per hour + Super
- Part-time, Monday to Wednesday, 9am - 5pm with 30 min lunch
