About the role
- Interpreting and sourcing parts to support the internal service team
- Receiving, allocating and managing stock across active jobs
- Maintaining accurate inventory records using MYOB
- Managing the online parts store and handling web-based sales enquiries
- Providing parts information, quotations and support to both internal stakeholders and customers
- Working alongside the warehouse team as part of a close-knit operation
- Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor or similar — automotive dealership background highly regarded
- Strong mechanical understanding — you know what you're looking at, not just matching numbers
- Excellent attention to detail — you catch things others miss and take ownership of getting it right
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach — no task is beneath you
- Comfortable using inventory or ERP systems; MYOB experience a bonus
