Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, this role includes but is not limited to:
- Support the delivery of accurate and timely payroll services across the organisation.
- Process payroll transactions and maintain employee records within payroll systems.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve payroll matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes and service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support overall business operations.
- Assist with ad hoc duties.
Ideal candidate
- Proven experience in payroll within a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, systems and relevant legislation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Works collaboratively with others
