This is a permanent full time position, working within a growing and collaborative Payroll department. Responsibilities 

If successful you will report directly into the People Services Manager, you will work collaboratively in the department to deliver accurate and timely payroll reporting and analysis, as well as:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to our ways of working
  • Provide specialist advice for complex payroll queries, awards, industrial agreements and statutory requirements
  • Participate in system upgrades and configuration changes
  • Upskill others across the payroll and people team
  • Provide great customer service
The Successful Candidate
 
To be a success in this role you will possess:
  • At an absolute minimum, 3 years experience in a similar Payroll position, or end to end Payroll position.
  • Experience working in a high demand, high volume environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll and employment regulations, Awards & EBAs.
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate complex matters in a simplified manner.
  • SuccessFactors Payroll is highly regarded.
