Position Description
You will work alongside like-minded team members who are passionate about their business' brand and customer base, whereby no two days will be the same! You will have a strong desire to ensure all payroll functions are delivered accurately and on time, whilst complete varying accounts duties and support the broader finance department. Your duties will include the following:
- Processing payroll for 100 + employees
- Payment of superannuation and tax
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Processing supplier invoices
- Complete weekly supplier payment runs
- Complete reconciliations
- Maintaining a high level of customer service when responding to internal & external stakeholder queries
- Assist with accounts receivable duties
- Provide support to the Finance Manager
- Reporting duties
Ideal Candidate
Our client is ideally looking for someone with strong end to end payroll experience, and exposure in a broader accounts environment. You will be an energetic & passionate worker who enjoys learning new skills and completing various finance duties among a close knit team. Additionally, you will have impeccable verbal and written communication, with an excellent ability to multi-task, and a keen eye for detail. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude!
