About the Role
Reporting into senior payroll leadership, you will support the implementation and optimisation of UKG and payroll metrics, ensuring payroll data integrity, compliance, and system accuracy ahead of go-live.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the UKG & Payroll Metrics project
  • Validate payroll configurations including pay calculations, leave accruals and payroll codes
  • Review and validate rostering, timesheets and time & attendance data
  • Ensure alignment with key stakeholders across Payroll and Workforce Management
  • Document and standardise new payroll processes and procedures
  • Perform payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Support system configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance
  • Assist with go-live activities, including issue resolution and troubleshooting
  • Provide hands-on support to payroll including pay run processing where required
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  About You
  • Proven experience working with UKG or Payroll Metrics
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and reconciliations
  • Experience in high-volume payroll environments
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders across Payroll, Finance, and Operations
  • Experience supporting system implementations or transformation projects (highly regarded)
