With over 60 years experience in the market and boasting a reputation for excellence, the organisation is seeking a talented payroll professional to provide support in a long service leave project.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager and working within a high performing and supportive team, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing long service leave calculations as a part of BAU
- Providing feedback to the team on legislative requirements, and process improvement
- Updating materials and templates to mitigate future risk
- Identifying gaps in process and suggesting improvement
- As well as other ad hoc duties related to long service leave calculations
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous payroll experience, specifically dealing with long service leave calculations
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work within a fast faced environment
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
