The Organisation

Our client is a market leader in an exciting industry experiencing steady growth on a national scale. With team fit and culture a priority, the organisation is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their high performing and supportive team on a permanent basis.

Position Description

Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager and working in a team of 12, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing pay runs for 10,000+ employees
  • Weekly payroll
  • Handling employee queries
  • Additional tasks to assist the broader team
  • Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
  • Calculating redundancies
Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Payroll Officer position along with the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
  • The ability to interpret numerous awards and EBAs
  • Experience working in a large organisation
  • Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
