This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self motivated Payroll Officer to join a reputable business based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, in a temporary to permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Processing 2 weekly payrolls for 150+ employees
- Lodgement of superannuation and tax
- Entering new employee details
- Continuously update employee database
- Interpreting appropriate EBA’s
- Calculate termination and redundancy packages
- Maintaining a high level of customer service when responding to queries
To Be Successful
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in a similar Payroll position.
- Are punctual, efficient and courteous at all times with customers and fellow employees.
- Experience with a Payroll platform
- A team player mentality.
- Forward thinking and solutions focused attitude to your work.
- Easy going and friendly nature.
