With flexible working arrangements on offer, our client is seeking a Payroll Officer to join them on a 2 year fixed term contract.
The Role
Reporting through to the Payroll Team Leader, your tasks will include:
- Processing end to end payroll in a team for up to 3,500 employees
- Fortnightly pay run on a weekly basis
- Working with manual timesheets
- Updating employee details
- PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workcover and Superannuation payments
- Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
- Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
- Adhoc finance duties
Candidate Profile
You will have the following attributes:
- Payroll experience using SAP Success Factors
- High volume payroll experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in payroll
- Health experience advantageous
- Strong communicator
- High level analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
