The Role:

Depending on the role, your day-to-day duties may include:
  • Processing payroll  for up to 5,000 employees 
  • Interpret and apply relevant Enterprise Agreements, awards, legislation and policies
  • Maintaining and updating employee files and payroll records
  • Assisting with payroll reporting and other ad hoc payroll duties
  • Respond to payroll enquiries from employees, managers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Support payroll reconciliations, audits and reporting requirements
  • Assist with end-of-year activities

Ideal Candidate:
You will have:
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Payroll (EC) or Health industry experience is essential 
  • Proven experience in high volume payroll processing, ideally within medium to large organisations
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and EBAs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage payroll queries professionally
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
