The Role:
Depending on the role, your day-to-day duties may include:
- Processing payroll for up to 5,000 employees
- Interpret and apply relevant Enterprise Agreements, awards, legislation and policies
- Maintaining and updating employee files and payroll records
- Assisting with payroll reporting and other ad hoc payroll duties
- Respond to payroll enquiries from employees, managers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Support payroll reconciliations, audits and reporting requirements
- Assist with end-of-year activities
Ideal Candidate:
You will have:
- Experience with SuccessFactors Payroll (EC) or Health industry experience is essential
- Proven experience in high volume payroll processing, ideally within medium to large organisations
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and EBAs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage payroll queries professionally
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
