Join a well-established global organisation with a collaborative HR and finance team, offering a supportive environment and strong systems. This role provides the opportunity to step into a broad payroll position with exposure to HR operations and global processes.
The Role
This is a part-time position (3 days per week), with flexibility on how the hours are structured, whether that’s three full days or a mix of full and half days to suit your schedule.
You’ll take ownership of payroll processing for ANZ while also supporting a range of HR administrative functions and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing, including monthly and occasional off-cycle runs
- Managing superannuation, payroll tax, and statutory contributions
- Supporting annual processes such as bonus cycles and salary reviews
- Working closely with HR on employment contracts, salary adjustments, and policy updates
- Acting as a key point of contact for payroll and HR-related queries
- Maintaining and updating internal HR systems and portals (including SuccessFactors and internal platforms)
- Assisting with global HR initiatives and reporting requirements
- Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, super, and payroll tax
- Experience with systems such as SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS)
- Comfortable supporting HR administration alongside payroll duties
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator, able to liaise across teams
- $100K – $110K + Super (pro-rata, 3 days per week)
- Flexible working arrangement across 3 days
