The Role
Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, this role is responsible for end‑to‑end fortnightly payroll processing, including monthly commissions. You will act as the primary contact for payroll queries and work closely with People & Culture and Workforce teams to deliver accurate and compliant payroll outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end processing of fortnightly payroll in line with legislation and awards
• Management of new starters, terminations and payroll changes
• Preparation of termination and leave calculations
• Resolution of payroll queries and employee support
• Payroll reconciliations and statutory submissions (ATO and Super)
• Maintenance of accurate records for reporting and audit purposes

  
About You

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing
• Strong working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards
• Experience with termination calculations and complex payroll queries
• High attention to detail and strong stakeholder communication skills
• Advanced Excel capability
• Experience using a large payroll software package such as SAP, ADP, Chris21 or Payglobal
