Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinating monthly payroll for a high volume of employees
- Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business, efficiently managing employees’ queries
- Maintain integrity of payroll data and conduct robust audit processes
- Interpret complex awards and enterprise agreement provisions
- Processing of new starter and terminations
- Responding to any payroll queries
- Assisting HR with performance review cycles
Ideal Candidate
- Prior end-to-end Payroll experience in a high-volume environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
