Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll
- Process new starters, terminations, overtime, leave and payroll adjustments
- Prepare month-end payroll reconciliations
- Handle payroll enquiries
- Assist with payroll audits, compliance checks, and reporting requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll information
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and documentation
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience in a Payroll Officer
- Experience using HR3 and UKG payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and payroll legislation
- Understanding of Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and Fair Work compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail
