Due to rapid growth, our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team based in Hawthorn on a temporary basis.
The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working within a team, you will be responsible for:
- End to end payroll processing
- Relevant EBA and award interpretation
- Time and attendance configuration
- Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries
- Reporting duties
- Understanding of Chris21/iChris
The successful applicant will have
- Prior experience within a similar Payroll Officer position
- Experience with iChris is essential for this position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team-based environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
- Analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box
