The Organisation
Working with a national business at the forefront of their industry, this role is offering a busy and challenging opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer. The environment is friendly, easy going and has a close knit team feel, with excellent training on offer. This instantly recongisable business are seeking a new team player in the payroll arena to join their team on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities
You will work among a medium sized team and report directly into the Payroll Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Processing weekly payroll across Australia
  • Interpretation and application of various EBAs and awards
  • Prepare and lodge payroll tax and superannuation
  • Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
  • Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
  • Additional duties to assist the Payroll Manager and wider team

The Ideal Candidate
The successful application will have minimum 12 months exposure in a similar role, and a passion for payroll. You will have effective time management and organisational skills, and a proven ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and a willingness to be flexible will be essential for this position. Prior knowledge of a large ERP would be considered advantageous for this position, but not mandatory.
