Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support across SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Manage and maintain Org Chart / Position Management
- Support SuccessFactors Onboarding processes
- Assist with internal user queries and system-related issues
- Perform data cleansing and system accuracy checks
- Assist Payroll team and assist in payroll projects
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors + strong knowledge of Employee Central
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
