Job Responsibilities:
Your major duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Lead the implementation of an ADP outsourcing project, specifically around payroll integration
- Participate in design sessions and provide local expertise as well as payroll integration testing
- Management of ADP third party communication
- Other ad hoc duties as requested
- Strong experience using ADP
- Implementation and process improvement experience
- A hands on and proactive attitude to support the payroll function
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Implementation and process improvement focused role
