Our client is a large scale ASX listed organisation currently undertaking a large-scale payroll project, focused on managing a high volume of purchased leave requests. With a collaborative and supportive team environment, they are seeking additional support to ensure a smooth and accurate delivery through to the end of July.
The Role
An immediate opportunity has become available for a Payroll Project Officer to join the team on a short-term contract. You will play a key role in processing a large volume of purchased leave requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of purchased leave requests within required timeframes
- Load payroll adjustments and ensure data accuracy within the system
- Manipulate and reconcile payroll data using Excel prior to system upload
- Work closely with the broader payroll team to support project delivery
About You
- Prior experience working with purchased leave entitlements would be highly regarded
- Exposure to processing payroll adjustments in a high-volume environment
- Intermediate Excel skills, with confidence handling and manipulating data (v look ups / pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
