- You will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with managing the end to end function of payroll of 100 employees.
- You will assess the current procedures and invite the team to look at new ways of doing things.
- You will assist with the rostering of employees, administration of new starters and terminations.
- If you choose, there is an opportunity to learn HR processes such as culture engagement, assist with recrutiment processes and HR administration.
- A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table.
- Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively with the HR Manager.
- Experience using ADP Payforce and Kronos would be advantageous but not essential.
- A wealth of experience in end to end Payroll.
