Our client in a large US multinational organization in a rapidly growing industry. Due to the growth of both the company and payroll department, the business is currently looking for a Payroll System Administrator or Business Analyst to assist with the administration of their Payroll and Time and Attendance system.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
- Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained at all times
- Implement and maintaining the reporting function
- Setting up standardized reports and report groups
- Administer other adhoc duties such as on boarding and off boarding processes
- Reconciliation of payroll data
Candidate Profile
- Either a Payroll Officer with knowledge of time and attendance systems or alternatively someone who has worked in a similar role as an Analyst
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
- Confident when dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned task
- High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
- A positive ‘can do’, resilient attitude
- Excellent to Advanced Excel skills
