About the role:
Our client is an industry-leading company based in Western Sydney that is looking for an experienced payroll system implementation manager to come onboard for an initial 12 months and lead the Chris21 system implementation project. Following the 12 month contract, there is a strong chance that the role could become permanent. 

The Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Mapping out system issues
  • Managing data migration, testing and end user deployment phases
  • Provide system demonstration and training to staff
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of required documentation
  • Setting up standardised reports and report groups
  • Data conversion
  • Reporting the outcomes of different tests used with the system
  • Administer other ad hoc duties such as on boarding and off boarding processes
  • Review the whole payroll processing system, with an aim to use the system more effectively.
Candidate Profile
  • Payroll project management experience with Chris21 is essential 
  • Exposure to Micropay would be advantageous
  • Thoroughly knowledgeable about administration and implementation of payroll systems
  • Understanding of utilising payroll database software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned task
  • High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
