The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will act as a trusted partner across your client group, delivering both day-to-day operational support and contributing to broader transformation initiatives.
The role sits within a lean, high-performing team and requires someone who is comfortable operating autonomously, building strong relationships, and influencing across all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice
- Manage end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Support organisational change activity, including restructures and workforce planning
- Coach and influence leaders on people matters, performance, and capability
- Contribute to talent, performance, and succession planning processes
- Support remuneration cycles, including benchmarking and review processes
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and communication initiatives
- Work with HR systems and external providers to support operational delivery
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong HR generalist experience in a complex or fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
- Confident operating autonomously within a lean team structure
- Experience supporting organisational change and workforce transitions
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
