An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join a large, established infrastructure organisation in a dynamic and evolving environment. This role offers broad exposure across operational HR and strategic people initiatives, supporting a diverse workforce across multiple business areas.
This is a 12-month contract, suited to a confident and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with leaders and working in a change-oriented setting.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will act as a trusted partner across your client group, delivering both day-to-day operational support and contributing to broader transformation initiatives.
The role sits within a lean, high-performing team and requires someone who is comfortable operating autonomously, building strong relationships, and influencing across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice
  • Manage end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
  • Support organisational change activity, including restructures and workforce planning
  • Coach and influence leaders on people matters, performance, and capability
  • Contribute to talent, performance, and succession planning processes
  • Support remuneration cycles, including benchmarking and review processes
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and communication initiatives
  • Work with HR systems and external providers to support operational delivery
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
  • Strong HR generalist experience in a complex or fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Confident operating autonomously within a lean team structure
  • Experience supporting organisational change and workforce transitions
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
