An exciting opportunity has become available for a People Operations Advisor to join a fast-paced, national retail business in a hands-on people operations role.
Supporting a multi-site workforce, this role will play a key part in delivering a smooth and well-managed employee experience across the early employee lifecycle.

The Opportunity
As People Operations Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering compliant people support across onboarding, employee variations, systems and general people operations.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and other members of the wider People team, you will help ensure employees have a seamless experience across key lifecycle moments while supporting process improvement, reporting and day-to-day advisory tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key stages of the employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, employee changes and offboarding documentation
  • Prepare and coordinate employment contracts, variations, salary changes and general people documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee and leader queries across people processes, onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data across HR systems, ensuring integrity and compliance
  • Support onboarding workflows, pre-employment requirements and employee commencement processes
  • Assist with HR systems administration, troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with internal people communications, policy updates and employee-facing process content
  • Support broader People team initiatives across engagement, operations and people projects
About You
  • Proven experience in the use of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in a HR Operations or HR Coordination role with strong employee lifecycle exposure
  • Strong understanding of employment contracts, onboarding and HR administration processes
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across varying levels of seniority
  • Strong systems capability and confidence working across HRIS platforms
