With continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and organised Pre-Construction Coordinator to join their collaborative team.
 
About the Role

As the Pre-Construction Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the transition of projects from approval to construction. Working closely with project managers, estimators, finance and clients, you'll ensure all pre-start documentation, contracts and administrative requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and thrives on keeping projects organised and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue residential and commercial building contracts.
  • Coordinate contract documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed prior to construction commencing.
  • Assist with issuing client invoices and monitoring payment status.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders regarding project documentation and pre-construction requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project records and contract documentation.
  • Support project handovers from estimating through to construction.
  • Track outstanding pre-start requirements and follow up where required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the pre-construction and operations teams.
About You
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role within the construction, building or insurance industry. 
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
