The Role
As Principal Business Analyst, you will lead the end-to-end analysis of business processes and requirements supporting enterprise platforms including SAP and workforce management solutions. You will play a key role in shaping solution design, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across enterprise-wide programs
- Engage stakeholders to capture, define, and validate requirements
- Analyse current and future state processes and drive process improvements
- Provide strategic and operational advice on solution design and implementation
- Develop high-quality documentation for technical and business audiences
- Support project and release planning aligned to program outcomes
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to uplift capability
- Identify opportunities for optimisation across workforce and finance processes
- Proven experience as a senior/principal Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong background across enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC HR/Payroll, or Infor WFM
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping, re-engineering, and large-scale transformation
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience leading teams and driving delivery outcomes
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
