Sharp & Carter has been engaged by an iconic retail business with a stable of household names under their banner. A well known name and an Australian success story, the organisation is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the business in providing strategic advice and assistance through a period of change and transformation.
The Challenge
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Process Improvement with key business partnering relationships with senior stakeholders company wide, we are seeking expression of interest from candidates with significant experience in process improvement across finance and systems projects. Part of the role will include:
- Support the finalisation of the Accounts Payable automation project for the organisation
- Drive and facilitate process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
- Support the testing of system changes
- Prepare documentation of new processes and workflows
- Ad-hoc additional special projects as they arise
We would like to hear from candidates who have previously worked in similar Process Improvement Analyst roles within large complex businesses. Additionally, candidates who have prior experience within Shared Services who have moved into project roles with the specific mandate of improving the operational effectiveness of shared/business services are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Xflow will also be highly regarded.
